We can help if your pension is a private/personal pension that is or was attached to a mortgage, even if your pension has been frozen or the mortgage is no longer pension-linked.
We cannot help if it was an occupational/works pension, or if it was only ever used for retirement planning and was never attached to a mortgage. We do not pursue claims regarding the poor performance of pensions that were never mortgage-linked.
