The Financial Complaints Bureau is a regulated financial claims management company. We were set up to help UK consumers win compensation if they have been mis-sold an Investment or Pension Mortgage by their bank, insurance company or financial adviser that has caused them to suffer, or likely to suffer, a financial loss.

We have a passion to seek justice for the victims of mis-selling and can help you win compensation for your investment losses or mortgage shortfall if you have a valid claim.

Please note that we are unable to help you regarding any other type of financial claim, so we won’t be unable to help you unless your claim is specifically about a mis-sold Investment or Pension Mortgage.
